Developing Coaching Capability
A variety of options for training and development of professional coaches are offered. Each option can be tailored to provide full support from CBC or tailored so that the organisation can move the delivery internally over a period of time.
Leadership Development Programmes
This menu of Leadership Development Programmes has been devised to illustrate the different sessions available. Depending on discussion and consultation, the content and focus will differ in light of the approach required. Sessions can be scheduled from 2 hours up to 1 day depending on context and depth required. They can be merged together to create a programme or left as stand alone sessions.
Staff Development Sessions
This menu of Staff Development Programmes has been devised to illustrate the different sessions available. Depending on discussion and consultation, the content and focus will differ in light of the approach required. Sessions can be scheduled from half day to full day depending on context and depth required. They can be merged together to create a programme or left as stand alone sessions.
MBTI Profile Individual or Team Feedback
The participants will complete a MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) profile which looks and type and preference in relation to work role and activities. We then provide either 121 feedback or within a team feedback session as required.
Recovery Coaching sees people in terms of their future potential, not their past performance so it offers individuals the experience of achieving positive results through their own actions and complements other professional interventions by its focus on awareness, responsibility, performance and self-belief.
It is a suitable approach for practitioners in the NHS and third sector services including Drugs, Alcohol and Addiction, Mental Health, Diet and fitness, Probation services and Rehabilitation, GP Practices, Outreach and Youth Services, Behaviour Change, Occupational therapy and Health and wellbeing. This course covers principles and practice involved within Recovery Coaching and is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
