Manager as Coach
We’re delivering the final sessions of a 8 month project of ‘Manager as Coach’ within a housing organisation undergoing substantial organisational change. Sessions have been delivered to all managers exploring how to use a coaching approach as a manager to develop coaching skills to drive high performance through developing accountability and responsibility to managing change and build resilience
Strategy for the Autumn
We’ve mainly been on holiday this month! However, we’ve taken time to have a strategy meeting and to plan how we’re going to get cracking in September with a new programme in Leading and Managing Volunteers for NHS and Voluntary Sector clients.
This month has been all about supervision! We’ve been working with a variety of clients on developing internal capacity of supervisors as well as offering continuous professional development to coaches focusing on building resilience in themselves and others.

Team Coaching with a Neighbourhood Housing Team
Over the past 6 months we’ve contracted for Team Coaching with a neighbourhood housing team to clarify goals, objectives and direction to perform more effectively together. We’ve coached 2 managers individually and worked with the whole team to develop an action plan for behavior and performance.
