“

I have engaged in coaching with Julie and CBC on a couple of occasions over the last few years, and the service received is second to none. Julie spent time at the beginning understanding my goals and ambitions and then challenging me effectively to work through those. Julie is exceptionally professional and delivers a real warmth of care through her challenge and I genuinely believe that Julie’s support will help me to achieve the goals that I have set. I cannot thank Julie enough.

Senior Leader Housing Association

Julie serves as an exceptional coaching supervisor. I worked with her to reflect on my role, case work and deep burning desire to develop and grow a coaching culture within my organisation. Having an existing relationship helped but this has evolved and deepened significantly during our time working together. From the outset she demonstrated a complete commitment to my professional growth and development. Her deep understanding of coaching methodologies, combined with a genuine passion for helping others succeed, created a nurturing environment where I felt empowered to explore and refine my coaching skills
