Cath Brown

Hi, I’m Cath. I am a relational coach who is most interested in helping you slow down, take some time to think, and explore what’s going on for you personally and professionally.

I believe coaching gives a unique opportunity for people to step out, step back, reflect and, think about what they really want - and I do that via a safe and collaborative approach.

I love the work that I do, working with individuals, teams and organisations. I am passionate about the difference that positive and effective leadership, coaching, mentoring and supervision practices can offer.

I will work to your agenda and reality to explore choice, focus and awareness and will explore meaning and values. I think coaching can be reflective, challenging and fun all at the same time.

Coaching Profile Cath Brown

Cath is an engaging and relational coach and supervisor who believes in working alongside individuals to help them reach their full potential in whatever way works best for them.

Cath believes coaching and supervision offers a space for people to think more effectively, to step out of issues or thoughts and feelings, to deeply explore goals and aspirations, and to enable individuals hold themselves to account for their aspirations.

Cath works with individuals from various roles and spaces across a wide spectrum of sectors and seniority. She works with relationships, resilience, communication, strategy, change and transition. Cath loves what she does and feels privileged to work with such a diverse client base.

I sought out a coach at a time of significant organisational change and, from a personal point of view, a move into a very senior and strategic new role.  I was looking to create a little space and find a different perspective and challenge to inform my thinking and approach. Cath is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and insightful and her overall approach is very effective in stimulating awareness and reflection.  If you are looking for a coach to provoke, challenge and enlighten your thinking and also to accomplish this in a positive and enjoyable way then I would wholeheartedly recommend Cath to you.
