Gareth Osborne

Hello there! I’m Gareth and I’ve been coaching / mentoring for over 20 years. I have worked with wide variety of clients, from charity leaders, CEO’s and senior execs of SMEs, through to partners and aspiring partners in professional services.

I’m passionate about the impact that coaching can have, and firmly believe everybody should have a coach.

I enjoy working through complex challenges and helping people to get themselves into a better place. I’ve been told that my coaching has been life changing. I specialise in Exec. and leadership coaching and career coaching. My mentoring largely focuses on marketing, business development, and strategy.

With over 20 years’ experience of working in leadership roles, Gareth specialises in transformative Executive Leadership and Senior Management Coaching and Mentoring.

Gareth has supported Exec Directors and Partners of multi-billion-dollar global organisations, as well as Senior Clinicians and Operational Staff within the NHS and Partner Organisations.

Gareth helps individuals unlock and reframe difficult circumstances (both personal and professional) to expedite the process of maximising the potential and contribution of individuals and teams.

Career background

Gareth is increasingly concerned about the fact that he has fast approaching 30 years’ experience in total! Gareth has worked in a variety of roles and sectors, at Executive and Board level for the last 20 plus years. Gareth established his own successful Consultancy, Coaching and Mentoring business in January 2014. Gareth’s experience extends from healthcare and education to charities, social enterprises and professional services. Gareth is also a Non-Executive Director and Trustee at St Anne’s Community Services and a Guest Lecturer at Leeds University Business School.
