“

As a busy consultant with a lead role, I sought coaching as I was struggling to find time to think about myself and my journey moving forward. Julie has helped me with bringing the focus back to myself and this has helped empower me to move into a new leadership role, manage the competing interests of life and work and bring a better balance. Her coaching has challenged me, given me headspace and made me commit to issues I had been struggling with. I value her advice, support and helping me to find the motivation to make changes.

Julie coached me through the most difficult point in my career to date. Her warm and engaging personality put me immediately at ease and her unwavering ability to actively listen without judgement helped me to fully focus on defining my goals and develop strategies to reframe challenges into positives and opportunities for growth. I can honestly say I am a more confident and resilient manager. I would recommend Julie without hesitation – she is the most skilled and competent coach I have ever worked with.

Senior Manager NHS

Coaching has provided me with the headspace to reflect on my performance to date, acknowledge my successes, and to plan next steps.
