Julie Scanlon

Hi! I’m Julie and I enjoy working with clients to help them be the best versions of themselves that they can be.

I’ve coached clients across public, third and private sectors, from mid to senior level leaders as well as individuals early in their careers. In my broader consultancy work, I specialise in diversity and inclusion, particularly the inclusion of women and LGBT people and awareness of these larger structural issues informs my coaching.

I have coached individuals in areas such as career development and progression, career transitions, managing working relationships and confidence. Working with me will enable you to find clarity and to take practical steps to attain your goals.

Julie supports coaching clients to develop themselves professionally, holding a safe space to explore their direction, options and challenges, empowering individuals to take action.

“

I’m so glad to have had this coaching. Each session was tailored perfectly to my needs. Julie encouraged and enabled me to think properly through the issues I was grappling with. This was challenging – but also enjoyable! The coaching was everything I expected and more, and left me with a much greater understanding of my interests, priorities and needs. Attending these sessions was a remarkably illuminating and productive process. I have already recommended Julie to several colleagues.
