Hi. My name is Lucy and I’m a qualified coach, facilitator, and leadership and organisation development specialist.

I work across a variety of sectors including health, local government, education and the private sector to support individuals and teams develop their capability and performance.

I often work with clients who are making career transitions, leading change, or who feel stuck. I’m passionate about enabling people to see their potential, to live their values, to grow their confidence and to work more effectively.

Working with me will provide you with a safe space for reflection and clarity which will stimulate deeper self-awareness and create new ways of thinking and working.

Lucy is a coach, facilitator and organisation development specialist. Her experience, built up over two decades, has seen her work with clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors to enable their capability and performance.

Lucy is passionate about supporting people to see their potential, find their purpose and get ‘unstuck’. She enables clients to harness and work with greater authenticity, personal presence, and emotional intelligence.

Lucy takes a person-centred approach, whilst also maintaining a keen focus on the organisational system. She is skilled in supporting clients through transition and change, enabling people to better understand themselves and their contexts.

Career background

Lucy has twenty years’ experience within leadership and organisation development (OD) and has worked in multiple sectors including the NHS, Civil Service, education, local government, housing, charities and the private sector. She has led leadership, performance and talent strategies; culture change programmes; senior talent assessment centres, and the coaching programme for a large NHS body.

She now works independently to provide organisation design and development consultancy, facilitate OD programmes, and runs an empowering career-development programme for minoritised groups of staff. Lucy is adept at working at a full system level and regularly works with senior teams to define their purpose and strategy, increase effectiveness, and improve team dynamics.
