Sam Patterson
Hi, I’m Sam, an executive coach living and working on the beautiful North East Coast.
My clients come from an eclectic mix of organisations in sectors such as children’s services, higher education, NHS, housing, software, manufacturing and construction, and they all have one thing in common; they want to make things better and different.
The coaching space we create will be reflective, supportive and challenging, as we explore your opportunities, issues and challenges. In this unique space, you will develop strategies to enhance leadership, realise career ambitions or make the professional or personal changes you want to see.
I believe that every person is innately creative and resourceful and this it is at the core of my coaching approach.
Coaching Profile Sam Patterson
Sam is an Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and Organisational Development Consultant. She combines these roles to support people and organisations who want to change, grow, or adapt to the challenges faced in the workplace and wider environment.
Sam works across a wide variety of sectors including Higher Education, Children’s Services, Housing, and NHS, alongside Software Development, Construction and Manufacturing. Utilising individual coaching, team and group coaching, and bespoke training workshops, Sam ensures teams, individuals and leaders have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive.
Sam’s input on a personal recruitment assignment was priceless. I contacted Sam as I knew her work and approach and thought it would be well suited to the particular challenges I faced at that point in time. Sam helped me to compartmentalise the issues, reinforce my key priorities within time constraints and critically, focus my preparation and approach to application and selection in a really purposed way. I adopted those approaches and techniques throughout the selection process and there is no doubt that together these cleared my vision and thinking; reinforced my confidence; enabled me to deliver a sharp and convincing “pitch” and together, were a major contributory factor in securing my new position. I have previously commissioned Sam on both team based and individual assignments and my confidence in her skills, knowledge and impact have only been heightened following my own and most recent experience.
