“

Sarah made me feel comfortable and safe in our sessions, she has great listening skills and through the very thoughtful conversation she was able to challenge my thinking, allowing me to gain a different perspective. She is the most amazing coach I have ever had. She is a very good listener, is very kind and very empathic. It is a difficult time but I have found my passion about my profession again.

NHS Leader

I am pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Sarah and grateful for each and every session we had as I feel I could be open, honest and use the sessions to reflect on different aspects of my personal and professional goals.  I believe the sessions have made me a better Manager to my team and the organisation as I understand myself better and how others perceive me and my role. I feel I am more understanding of myself and my own values, beliefs and personality. This understanding has helped conquer some of the issues faced over the last year in my role.

Style

Sarah brings a broad and tailored range of communication skills built from years of experience working with people both at their best and in their most vulnerable moments.  She has a curiosity for individuals and always has an open mind about what the future may bring. She uses reflection, encourages self-awareness, and facilitates individuals to identify, own and progress their goals. Sarah may use a range of tools and techniques to help individuals work through change and live their values, but mostly her approach is to offer a safe space to have a deep conversation.  Sarah offers challenge to help individuals work through factors that limit their progress.
